We put the responsibility for quality control in the hands of our highly skilled machine operators, who take pride in doing the best possible job. First piece inspection is mandatory. Complete inspections are made every twenty minutes. SPC charts can be supplied with shipments, if requested.

Every 20 minutes a complete inspection of the part is done, plus SPC charting on two characteristics. SPC charting is sent with each shipment.
Final inspection before shipment for all characteristics, plus a visual inspection to check appearance.
Complete written documentation approved by our medical customers.
